Accessibility statement

The site was made accessible to Israeli Standard 5568, which adopts the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA, and was also checked against WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 at the same level.

The work was done in the site’s own code, not by laying a third-party overlay on top of it.

An accessibility menu opens from the “Accessibility” button in the bottom corner of the screen, on every page. It offers three steps of larger text, high contrast, underlined links, stopped animation, a plain reading font and an enlarged keyboard focus marker. Your choice is remembered in your browser as you move between pages, and a “Reset” button returns everything to its original state.

Full keyboard navigation, a “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page, and a clear marker showing where the keyboard is.

A proper heading structure and alternative text on images, for screen readers. The site exists in both Hebrew and English.

The site is built to work with current versions of the common browsers — Chrome, Safari and Firefox — on desktop and on mobile.

In the review we carried out on 27.09.2026 we found shortcomings that we are working to fix.

Some secondary text and some form labels are shown at a contrast or a size that does not fully meet the standard. High contrast and larger text in the accessibility menu answer this in the meantime.

The tax invoice is produced by an outside provider and delivered as a file whose accessibility is not in our hands. If you need your invoice in an accessible format, ask and we will send it.

There may be new pages or components that have not yet been fully checked. We review the site again each season.

We are continuing to close these gaps, and we review the site again before each season.
