Terms

The terms for the 2026 season. Read them before ordering — especially the cancellation policy.

01

Age

Purchases on this site are open to those aged 18 and over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18, and that you are authorised to order and to pay on behalf of the theme camp, free camp or art installation named in the order.

02

Payment

Payment is made in advance by credit card or Bit through this site, together with acceptance of the terms and the payer’s details, the camp name, and the details for the receipt and tax invoice.

A tax invoice/receipt is emailed to you as soon as payment clears.

03

Early-bird pricing

The discounted price applies to orders placed up to and including 11.10.2026. A request to increase capacity after that date is charged at the full rate.

04

Supply of goods and services

What is sold here is a supply of electricity on site. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped: power is supplied at a connection point we install in the field, and there are no delivery charges, handling fees or collection.

When the service is supplied does not depend on when it was bought. Whenever the order was placed, power is supplied on the event dates stated below, and the connection is ready at the start of the supply period.

Supply is conditional on inspection and approval by our electrical engineer. A connection that has not been inspected is not energised.

Where the connection point sits is set by professional judgment and field conditions; see «Infrastructure & connection points» below.

Power flows from 02.11.2026 at around 14:00 — and not before an engineer has inspected and approved — until 07.11.2026 at 12:00 noon.

A connection is reserved for five nights and six days, at the dates and hours stated above. A reservation for part of the period, or for fewer days, is not possible.

05

Cancelling an order

Cancellation is governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations, on the terms set out below.

To cancel, email us at assiaminof@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp to 054-268-4444, with your order number, camp name and the name on the payment. We will confirm we received it in writing the same day — if you do not hear back from us, call, because the email may not have arrived. A cancellation notice up to and including 19.10.2026 entails a payment of 10% of what has been paid.

The cancellation date is 19.10.2026 because it is the last day before the build starts. Until then we are still planning; the day after, the capacity list closes, generators and boards are committed, and infrastructure is laid in the field to the capacity you ordered.

So from 20.10.2026 there is no refund: the work behind your order has already been carried out and its cost already incurred.

06

Where a free camp may pitch

A free camp that buys power needs to pitch in a free-camp area that actually has electrical infrastructure. The infrastructure is laid in advance to the placement map, and in an area with no line there is nothing to connect to, even where payment was made.

Check with the production that your area is served before you settle on a spot. Moving after the infrastructure is laid is not always possible.

07

No sharing

Every customer and representative undertakes not to give power — knowingly or by omission — to anyone outside their own theme camp, free camp or caravan.

An unauthorised connection results in disconnection. Restoring it is at Power On’s discretion, even where payment was made in advance.

08

Sharing between theme camps

Requests to share power between two theme camps are accepted until 20.10.2026.

Sharing is approved only between two adjoining theme camps with no road or street between them, arranged in advance and naming both camps. Two camps only.

Sharing between caravans is not permitted, nor between free camps.

09

Caravans

A caravan’s electricity is bought from the production together with the caravan ticket, as a separate charge that is not part of the ticket price. Not through this site. The full caravan terms have a page of their own.

Bring a standard Israeli 50 m cable. The outlet is an Israeli socket, not a blue Schuko. Digging and burying the cable is your responsibility.

On arrival you receive a ribbon and a sticker to attach to the caravan and to your cable. Please also place a sign in the window with your contact details.

10

Art installations

The same prices apply to art installations. The one exception is that an installation requiring only 1,500W is exempt from payment.

Bring a 50 m Israeli cable. Power outlets are scattered across the playa, no more than 50 m from one point to the next, and each installation leader is responsible for digging their cable to the outlet. We are glad to show you where it is.

There is no guarantee of power for testing on the evening of 01.11.2026.

11

Infrastructure & connection points

Cabling inside a camp is the camp’s responsibility, per the safety instructions published on the Midburn site.

Connection points are placed at camp edges and on main streets. Positions are set by our professional judgment and field conditions, and exact ones may only be given very close to the event or on the day. Bring cable accordingly.

12

Product and service liability

The company is responsible for supplying electricity to the connection point, at the capacity ordered. Damage that may be caused to a customer through use of the service bought on this site is governed by the terms set out in this section.

Our responsibility runs to the connection point we install, inclusive. Everything beyond it — cables, extensions, splitters, boards, private generators and any other camp equipment — is the customer’s alone: its installation, its condition, its suitability for the capacity ordered and its safety, in line with the safety instructions the production publishes.

We are not liable for damage arising from the customer’s own equipment, from faulty connection, from overload, or from drawing more than the capacity ordered.

Supply may be interrupted or reduced by force majeure, weather, an instruction from the production or a competent authority, an infrastructure fault, or safety considerations. We will work to restore it as quickly as we can.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost income, loss of or damage to equipment, and disruption to a camp’s activity.

The company and those acting on its behalf are not liable for damage, direct or indirect, caused to a customer or to a third party through use of the service — except direct damage caused by the company’s own negligent act or omission. Nothing in this section limits liability that the law does not permit to be limited.

13

Privacy

The details you give are used to issue the invoice, take payment, plan your connection on site and contact you about your order. We do not sell them, and we pass them to nobody for any other purpose.

Billing details go to Green Invoice so the invoice can be issued, and payment details to HYP so the card can be charged. Card details never pass through us and are not stored by us.

Data is held on secured servers, traffic to this site is encrypted, and access is limited to those who need it to run the service. The full privacy policy — including the right to see, correct and delete your data, and how long we keep it — has a page of its own.
