When you order you give us a camp or installation name, a contact name, an email address, a phone number, and your location in the city if you know it. For the invoice we ask for the name of the payer, and, if you are a business, a company or dealer number. There is also an open notes field, and whatever you write there is kept with the order.

We need these in order to plan your connection, to find you on the playa, and to issue a tax invoice as the law requires. You are under no legal duty to give them, but without them we cannot supply you with power.

A company or dealer number is optional, and is used only to issue an invoice that lets you deduct the VAT. If you are ordering as a private person there is no need to fill it in at all, and we do not ask for an ID number.

The contact form asks for a name, an email address and a phone number. They arrive in our mailbox, they are used only to get back to you, and they are not kept in the site’s database.

When you order you accept the undertaking not to share your connection, and we keep the name of the person accepting it, their phone number, the camp name, the exact wording accepted and the time. We also keep the IP address and the browser — that is what makes an online acceptance evidence, and that is the only thing they are used for. Nothing at all is collected on the caravan page: those terms are there to be read.

Your card details never pass through us. Payment happens on a secure page belonging to HYP, our payment processor, and the card is given to them alone — we receive only the confirmation and the last four digits. To open that page we pass HYP the payer’s name, email address and phone number.

Your billing details — name, company or dealer number, email and phone — go to Green Invoice, which issues the tax invoice.

The site is hosted by Vercel, the data is held in a Neon database, and email is sent through Resend. Beyond these we pass your details to no one, and we neither sell nor rent them.

Anything tied to the invoice and the accounting record — payer name, company or dealer number, amount and reference — is kept for seven years, as Israeli tax law requires.

Everything else — location, notes, and the order records that are not part of the accounting file — is not kept beyond a year after the event, and nor are the signed undertakings with their IP address and browser. We clear them at the end of each season, and you can ask us to do it sooner.

Your order basket, so your choices do not vanish if you close the tab, and the settings you pick in the accessibility menu. Both hold only your own choices — no name, no contact details — and both stay on your device and never reach us. That is all there is, and both are needed for the site to behave the way you asked it to.

There is no Google Analytics here, no pixels, no advertising and no tracking of any kind, and no fonts or scripts loaded from anyone else’s server. That is also why there is no cookie banner.

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to assiaminof@gmail.com and we will come back to you within 30 days.

Information we are required to keep for tax purposes stays until that period ends even if you ask us to delete it, and we will tell you so.
